I have added the kaka beak host plant as a separate observation.

Leaf miner of some sort. On Melicytus ramiflorus.

Note the hatched egg of a red admiral larvae as well as the leaf mine, consistent with feeding from the ongaonga leaf miner, Liriomyza urticae.
