Scomberomorus commerson (King Mackerel) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family mackerels. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN. They are carnivores. Individuals are known to live for 14 years and can grow to 220 cm. Reproduction is oviparous and iteroparous.
