the small bird has a creme colored chest and grey and yellow stripes on wings. the bird also has a yellow spot on its head. It as found flying low between a cluster of trees.

Captured and released by trained professionals. Very small bird, normally observed in high canopy, but this guy was by-caught using a low net near the ground.
