Another semi-tame, free-ranging parrot on the lodge grounds. This one was less outgoing than the yellow-crowned and mostly sat on the room dividers staring down at us.

I saw this pair in a palm tree before they were challenged by a third bird, which they chased away... noisily. They then settled on a branch in the adjacent tree and proceeded to groom each other. Could these be the yellow-crowned Amazon parrot?
