Summary[edit] Description: The Philippine pied fantail (Rhipidura nigritorquis) is a species of bird in the family Rhipiduridae. It was formerly considered conspecific with the Malaysian pied fantail. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
