Two large chubby salamanders (>5 in) found under stones within 4-5 meters of each other. Both within 1-2 meters of a flowing rivulet. Body was black and the tail faded brown with fewer spots. I presume these are the same species, but the sunlit individual (including the shot of it crawling into the crevice) is more densely covered with white blotches. I'm guessing my choices are between Plethodon cylindraceus and P. glutinosus? P. cylindraceus has already been recorded on iNat just north of my observation.

<2 in. Tiny. Tail stump. Found underneath rotting bark sheets. Could be Plethodon punctatus?
