"Galapagos Hawk Buteo galapagoensis immature Volcan Sierra Negra Isabela Island, Galapagos Islands, Ecuador 26 August 2010 Both photos are of same bird. This is the only hawk species on the Galapagos. The species is endemic on the islands. It is not ""out of range""....the species may occur anywhere in the Galapagos so I've no idea why the iNat program shows out of range."
