On Co road 316. 78 F. 10% cloud cover. High humidity. Raised boss, sickle spade. It turned out to be quite a night for Scaphiopus. Found so many on the roads in the area that we quit stopping for them.
-
These two were found calling in a ditch, and they looked different from the spadefoots. There appears to be a boss between the eyes.
