Summary[edit] Description: This Nudibranch almost lost its life, as it got into a Varigated Anemone (Anthopleura elagantissima). These nudibranch carnivores feed principally on hydroids, anemones and corals and store their prey's nematocysts (stinging cells) in the dorsal processes , useful for defense. Length 35 mm, depth 10 m.
