there were numerous small birds flitting among the tall grass and trees, hard to capture. After looking at a list of birds that are seen at a nearby nature preserve at this time of year, this ID seems most likely. However, any ID assistance appreciated.

Reading in Sibley, this bird seems more like the western subspecies of the Palm Warbler with the yellow under the tail only. Only a fifty feet away on the other side of some trees I saw Palm Warblers that looked like the more common criteria with more yellow. But this is a new bird for me so appreciate any insights or clarifications on this ID Also seeing that the genus has changed on these birds with DNA research
