Black billed gull

Not sure what type of seagulls they are, but there are about 50 of them flying around. This is the part that took over the pier. The woman who started to feed them has run off scared.
-
Clean gray back and above wing feathers, white underbelly, under wings and head, yellow feet, black banded tail, and a black ring around the end of a yellow bill.

First winter female in the foreground and breeding adult male in the background. These gulls were scavenging and fishing while I observed them.
