We saw loads of BT Prairie Dogs in this and many other areas but they were very skittish and difficult to photograph. Golden Eagles and Ferruginous Hawks were in the vicinity and the prairie dogs were interested in not getting eaten. Posted are two shots, one showing an animal running toward its burrow,a nd one at the burrow. This is the only prairie dog species which occurs here.
