These frogs live in the hydrangeas outside our house. At night they come onto the windows to catch the insects attracted by the light.

You can often hear them whistling in the bushes on summer evenings. Sometimes they wander inside. They seem to have years in which they are common, and other years when you don't see or hear any.

Frogs are heard all the time (MUCH more of them from the sound of things this year). This one was on rockcote of my house by front door at 10pm last night. I have seen the tadpoles throughout the last year in a horse trough nearby.
