Summary[edit] Description: Cradley, Malvern Worcs. SO729470 Trochulus striolatus. The species varies a fair bit, but features visible are quite coarse growth lines (top view), an angulation, almost a keel, on the periphery (equator) of the final whorl (side view), and a large umbilicus with the lip of the aperture overhanging it a bit (base view). Prop the shell so the base view is flat onto it/the umbilicus if present, not at a slant. Date: 27 October 2017, 12:26. Source: Trochulus striolatus. Author: gailhampshire from Cradley, Malvern, U.K.
