Summary[edit] Description: A dead Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) tree infested with Honey Fungus (Armillaria mellea), Stevenage, Hertfordshire, 15 October 2013. The tree was cut back earlier in the year because it was infected with a fungus higher up, and the tree never grew back. It had at least four types of fungus growing on it.
