Observed during the 2016 Tandy Hills BioBlitz! Great event with lots of wonderful participation. :) Busy day on Saturday with the public, but I still found a way to observe a few critters and plants with some folks. :)

This adult, female crab spider was found in a Coast Range False Bindweed (Calystegia collina). Its identity was confirmed based on the structure of its reproductive structures. It was collected under permit from the NPS as part of the Pinnacles Spider Inventory.
