Not really sure on this one. I'm not up on my terrestrial gastropods. My best guess from searching the web is that its a lined tree snail or multi-lined tree snail, but I'm really out of my depth on land. Heck, I'm a social scientist, so pretty much everything is out of my depth.

These shells were everywhere on the hike over the crest. Our guide said you could find dormant ones if you explored in the very few moist places---he suggested in crevasses in the hide of the giant cacti--on this island.
