This is the second pond in Gregg County where I have found Slender Bluet. This is the only pair of this species I have seen at this pond which is 7 miles north of the Sabine River and not directly connected to the Sabine by a drainage creek. The other pond is south of town and 1.3 miles from the Sabine River.
