Seasonally resident curlews. Third year nesting at this location. Over three years, 10 eggs laid and successfully hatched. One possible survivor - adolescent bird with deformed 'club' foot. Have laid three clutches this year with 2 week interval between loss of chick and laying again. This pair lost the last chick 30th Jan, 2016 and are displaying pre-breeding behaviour again.
