I think this may be a sandhopper and I am hoping with the great face photo that you may be able to ID it for us @clinton :) The finger vice belong to @pjd1 and the last photo, while blurry gives an overview of what it sort of looks like while running away from the dreaded fingers :) Southbound trip.
