Image of Isogona snowi
Description:
This is a strangely shaped little Erebid. Based on images on MPG and BG, there seems to be considerable variation in FW pattern, perhaps sexual dimorphism. http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=8497 http://bugguide.net/node/view/165135 This was new to me. I have images of two other Isogona's and this one looks nothing like them. This one was on the wall at the HQ of Santa Ana NWR.
