OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA Banteng are feral animals in Australia, although endangered in Asia. They were brought to Australia in the early days of the settlement of the Northern Territory, and a wild population is now established in Garig Gunak Barlu National Park, where their numbers are controlled.
