That was a fish catching lesson. First, adult would catch a fish, always emerging from under the surface quite far from nestlings, making them run for it. While they approach, adult slightly stuns the fish hitting it few times on a water. Finally, when nestlings are near, a fish is released, so they have to dive for it.
