Description:

Medium-sized (c. 20 mm long) brown beetle with black reticulate pattern/spots. Feathery tri-lobed antennae with pale brown cilia, and quite large black eyes. On some old pine logs in the garden, Wellington (at night). Looks a bit like a mountain pine beetle!
