Description:
"I was hiking up this canyon when I saw a Cliff Chirping Frog jumping at my feet. That seemed strange as Eleutherodactylus aren't usually ""jumpers"". As I was stopped to photograph the frog, I noticed that this copperhead was also in the photo frame! It appeared that the copperhead was hunting the Cliff Chirper (both by the snake's behavior and the frog's). It may even have already struck at the frog seconds before I noticed it. Even after being disturbed it continued to crawl around in the immediate area tongue flicking for the frog."
