Image of Turritella acropora
Description:
Shell length ~23mm. This has about 12 flattened whorls, each with three beaded ridges. I'm trying to make it into a Turritella but it doesn't match anything in my field guide. Wondering instead if this is a Cerithiopsis? Found in drift on the outer beach.
