Description:
We saw this tiny Greenhouse frog inside the old magazine building in the open central grassy area at Fort Jefferson on Garden Key, at the Dry Tortugas. We were collecting Hypoponera ants in this moist and dark building and saw this little guy springing about. It's classified as an invasive species that came to south Florida from Cuba, probably floated on debris. The intrepid Mark Perry of the NPS was with me and snapped this photo while I was fooling with the ants. Thanks Mark!
