"Took impulse shots of a couple of cool fish from above. Extensively color-adjusted, but didn't come out too bad. Thank you to Granite State for the ID: Peacock Bass. Kinda medium-sized, IIRC -- maybe 8"" long? In flowing water in a freshwater cypress swamp. Best I could do with the color in Picasa. This sp, native to S Am, was introduced in 1984 by the Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission.
