Image of Rock Squirrel

Description:

I saw a Rock Squirrel perched on a rock overlooking the vast Grand Canyon. It was a really neat view with the squirrel perched in the open presumably looking out over its domain. Then the squirrel suddenly rushed off the rock, out of site and a young Zone-tailed Hawk zoomed by the rock in an unsuccessful attempt to catch the Rock Squirrel. I'll post two shots of the Rock Squirrel a few seconds before the hawk ruined its peaceful moment, then I'll post a separate record of the hawk.
