Description:
Somewhat like a dragonfly, but the hind wing is broader than the fore wing. Both wings are membranous and dark brown with clear wing tips and clear cross shaped windows in each wing. Delicate fluttering flight, not seen to rest. In large swarm on first day I saw them, much fewer today.
