Summary[edit] Description: There were a dozen Red Avadavats Amandava amandava at Ameenpur Lake, Hyderabad. Tiny birds, no bigger than a baby's palm. Flying all over in groups, they are a tricky subject to shoot. Till a friend pointed me to this fence and we waited. Soon they came over and we had some wonderful shots.
