Description:
Summary[edit] Description: English: Galerita bicolor Drury, 1773. From the false bombardier beetle tribe Galerini. This specimen was captured indoors using a jar where it was kept overnight with a small amount of bathroom tissue to absorb moisture. The specimen was killed the next by dropping it for a few seconds into boiling water to preserve the color and was photographed immediately afterward with no magnification. Date: 10 June 2011.
