Description: ʻAiea, Small-flowered aiea, or Small-flowered nothocestrum Solanaceae Endemic to the Hawaiian Islands Endangered Oʻahu (Cultivated) The flowers have a sweet lemon scent. When several flowers are blooming at once, the air is filled with the wonderful fragrance! The yellowish-orange small tomato-like fruits were eaten by early Hawaiians.
