Summary[edit] Description: A river otter pauses while hunting refuge wetlands for a meal. Fish make up a large part of their diet, however they consume a large amount of crayfish on Seedskadee NWR. First spotted on the refuge 20 years ago, their numbers have slowly been increasing. Still a rare sighting, but very memorable when they cooperate. Photo: Tom Koerner/USFWS.
