Summary[edit] Description: Small tree of Myrtaceae family Common names: Water Cherry, Watery Rose Apple, Lau Lau, Bell fruit. The fruit is bell shaped, waxy and crisp, white inside, size 3-5cm. Edible. Very tropical sign - flowering and fruiting at the same time! Native to tropical Australasia (NE Australia, India, SE Asia, Malesia) Mt. Coot-tha Botanic Garden, Brisbane.
