Summary[edit] Description: Português: A Cobra-Verde (Philodryas olfersii) é uma serpente que, apesar de pertencer à família de não-peçonhentas, pode causar acidentes sérios. A Cobra-Verde é opistóglifa, ou seja, possui um dente inoculador de veneno situado no fundo da boca, na porção posterior do maxilar superior. É um animal arborícola que se camufla nas copas de árvores, em função de seu colorido esverdeado. Pode alcançar até 1,40 m e costuma se alimentar de pequenos mamíferos, aves, lagartos e anfíbios.
