Description:
Summary[edit] Description: Shrubs and trees continue to grow new leaves and recent rainfalls are helping plants rebound from the hurricane. Other wildlife seen are box turtles, roseate spoonbills, several wading birds, and migratory birds that are now returning to the Keys. In addition to keeping to speed limits, other ways people can help Key deer are to consider, as we throw out damaged items on the roadside, trying to contain fencing, rope, and sharp objects that might cause a Key deer to get entangled.
