Description:
Summary[edit] Description: Another Costa Rica bird, from the same boat tour on the Tárcoles River as the spoonbill. Like the spoonbill, this Black-necked Stilt is named for obvious reasons. These were particularly fun birds to watch as they waded up to their knees in the river. Date: 21 February 2017, 12:07. Source: Black-necked Stilt [9/100]. Author: Tim Sackton from Somerville, MA.
