Summary[edit] Description: English: Harger's goldenrod (Solidago canadensis var. hargeri) blooms in a roadside ditch in Centre Co., Pennsylvania, USA. This naturally-occurring plant was photographed on 9/5/19. Identifying characteristics not visible in this photo include (1) triple-veined cauline leaves, (2) a hairy stem, and (3) leaf abaxial surfaces with strigillose hairs mostly restricted to the veins.
