Summary[edit] Description: A trail of pygmy rabbit tracks through sagebrush on Seedskadee National Wildlife. Surveying after a fresh snow is one of the best ways to detect pygmy rabbits. Their tracks and droppings lead you to their burrows, where they spend much of the day. Pygmy rabbits can be found in certain locations/habitats (taller sagebrush with deeper soils) on and near Seedskadee NWR, but may be hard to observe.
