Description:

Summary[edit] Description: Another look at the Palawan bearcat/binturong. This animal inhabits thick vegetation in the lowland forests of Palawan. It camouflages itself in dense vegetation in the forest canopy to escape predators and is omnivorous. It feeds on both fruits and small animals such as rodents and birds. It is considered a pest by farmers because it preys upon poultry. (Puerto Princesa, Philippines, May 2013). Date: 19 May 2013, 11:01. Source: Palawan bearcat/ binturong.
