Description:

Summary[edit] Description: Comparable with perhaps a Euphorbia or a Bupleurum for flower and foliage effect? Woad is a biennial herb related to mustard, rocket and cabbage, and like many biennials, the first year's growth is a rather unweildy rosette, but I'm going to persevere with it. I assume I'm going to get a certain amount of self-sowing and I'll have a whole year to weed out the ones that turn up in the wrong places. Date: 10 May 2010, 07:57. Source: Isatis tinctoria foliage.
