Summary[edit] Description: This is an eclipse male. While I have seen photos of the male in its full glory , the yellow patch on the crown is not commonly visible. None of the guides I have referred to mention it as a distinguishing mark. Presumably with all the features and colors being so obvious in the field this minor mark is of relatively little importance.
