Summary[edit] Description: English: A seaweed found in a rockpool on the North Cornwall coast. I thought it looked like noodles.I put it in the fridge and didn't know it would produce this beautiful magenta colour when it melted. I'm an artist not a scientist, but nevertheless did a little research and found that the red colouring in seaweeds is amazing- supposedly one of the the most powerful antioxidants ever discovered.
