Summary[edit] Description: Bottlebrush Buckeye - Aesculus parviflora, just past peak bloom at the beginning of August, 2010. Characteristics are pinnately compound leaves with usually 5 leaflets, white blossoms, stamens one inch longer than the petals, red anthers.
