Scytalopus gettyae - Junin Tapaculo - juvenile
Description:
Summary[edit] Description: English: Juvenile Junin Tapaculo from Apalla-Andamarca Road, Junín, Peru. This species was described in 2013, and the authors did not describe the juvenile plumage. This bird was not vocalizing, however it was strongly responsive to playback of the song of the species, so I am reasonably confident it must have been Scytalopus gettyae. 5781.
