Summary[edit] Description: Hecatesia fenestrata Boisduval, 1828, male, to MV light, Aranda, ACT, 9.00 p.m., 21 November 2010 This is a male Whistling Moth, able to produce a whistling sound with the knobs on the costa of the forewing and the ribbed, scale-free areas just behind the knobs.
