Description:
Summary[edit] Description: Kangaroo Grass site on the eastern roadside of Princess Highway in the Higgins Creek locality, 25.53km north east of Batemans Bay, NSW, 2536. Site was a graded roadside outside the farm fence. Soil was a gravelly yellow clay (subsoil). Site was a mix of Paspalum dilatatum, Hemarthria uncinata and Themeda triandra (greater than 100 plants). Kangaroo Grass was erect, 85 cm tall and pulled up easily. Tubercle-based hairs on each glume were abundant. Date: 18 December 2010, 10:50. Source: Themeda triandra with tubercle-hairs25.
