Summary[edit] Description: Kangaroo Grass growing on the edge of 1239 Nowra Rd, about 300m south of the Sheep Wash Rd intersection (11.2km NNW of Kangaroo Valley, NSW, 2577). Near pure stand of >1000 plants of Themeda triandra were on a shallow sandy clay loam. Grasses were erect, 75 cm tall and pulled up easily. Tubercle-based hairs on each glume were moderate in number.
